Graveside  services  for  Dillard  C.  Dycus,  Jr.  DDS  80, of
Cookeville, TN and formerly of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 4
P.M. on Wednesday,  December  16, 2015  at the John L. Clark
Memorial Cemetery in the Stone Community of Jackson County,
TN.  Visitation  will  be  on  Wednesday  from  2  to  3:30 P.M. at
Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.

  He  passed  away  on  Saturday,  December  12, 2015, at the
Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

  He was born September 19, 1935 in Nashville, TN, to the late
Dillard  C.  Dycus,  Sr.  and  Kate  Clark  Dycus.   He   practiced
dentistry   in   Gainesboro  for  over  50  years.  While attending
Tennessee Tech he played on the basketball team and he was
a graduate of the University of Tennessee.

  He  is  survived   by    3   Sons:   Dr. Doug (Tammy) Dycus of
Gainesboro,  TN;  Terry  (Angela) Dycus of Somerville, TN; and
Bill (Tibet) Dycus of Cookeville, TN;  1  Daughter: Margie (Gary)
Stafford of Gainesboro, TN;  11 Grandchildren: Candice, Jacob,
Dustin,  Clark,  Samantha,  Jane  Emily,  Drew,  Holly,  Ian, Lora
Lee,  and  Wesley;   and   by  4  Great-Grandchildren:   Charlie,
Bryce, Weston, and Sadie.

   Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.

   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the
Shriners Hospitals for Children by contacting the business
office of the funeral home.
