Funeral services for Mr. Doyle Keith Plumlee, 60, of
Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday,
August 6, 2011, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral
Home in Gainesboro, TN. A Masonic service will be held at the
funeral home on Friday, August 5, at 8 P.M. Burial will be in the
Moss Cemetery in Moss, TN.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 3 P.M. – 9
P.M., and on Saturday from 9 A.M until time of services.
Mr. Plumlee passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at
Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.
He was born November 13, 1950, in Clay County, TN, to Ina
Mae Plumlee and the late Ralph Moore Plumlee. He was a
TDOT employee, and a member of the Church of Christ. He
served in the U.S. Navy.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 1
Brother: Steven Moore Plumlee; his Maternal Grandparents:
John and Beulah White; and his Paternal Grandparents:
Larkin and Allie Plumlee.
Survivors include 1 Daughter: Casey Plumlee of
Cookeville, TN; 2 Grandsons: Jake Plumlee and Ben Myers,
both of Cookeville, TN; his Mother: Ina Mae Plumlee of
Cookeville, TN; and 2 Sisters: Judy Garrison and Myra Haley,
both of Celina, TN.
Bro. Raymond Hensley will officiate at the services.
