Funeral  services  for  Miss  Frances  L.  Quarles,  90,   of
Whitleyville, Tennessee,  will  be  held  at  11 A.M. on Saturday,
June  15,  2013,  at  Gainesboro First United Methodist Church.
Burial  will  follow  in  the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in  the
Stone community of Jackson County.

 The family will receive friends at the funeral home on  Friday
from 4 P.M. – 7 P.M., and at the  church  on  Saturday  from  10
A.M. until time of services.

She passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at Cedar Hills
Retirement Center in Cookeville, TN.

 She  was  born  February 4, 1923, in Jackson County, TN, to
the  late  
Dr. J.D. Quarles  and  Rosa Mai Willmore Quarles.
She  resided  on  the  Quarles farm for most of her life. She was
retired from Farmers Home Administration. She was  a  member
of the  Gainesboro First United Methodist Church,  and  the  Ft.
Blount Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in  death  by

Brothers:   
John  “Buster”  Quarles,   Tom   Jim  Quarles,   and
Robert  R.  Quarles;   and   
3   Sisters:  Nola  Quarles  Draper,
Maurine Quarles Cassetty, and Ida Mai Quarles McCawley.

 
Survivors include 5  Nieces:  Barbara Cassetty (J.B.) Hestand,
Rose  Quarles  Jackson,   Nancy  Quarles  (Wyatt)  Allen,  Mary
Linda Draper, and Sue Gail Quarles Spring;
3  Nephews: John
D. Quarles,  William “Bill” (Fran) McCawley,   and   Tom Quarles
(Ann) McCawley;
1  Sister-in-Law:  Mildred Albright Quarles  of
Nashville,  TN;  her  
Friend  and  Caregiver: Michelle Rhoten;
and  her  
Beloved Dog: Nikki.  Special  thanks  to  the  staff  of
Cedar Hills Retirement Center.

 Rev. Kathie Bowles will officiate at the services.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial  donations  may  be  made  to the
Gainesboro  First  United  Methodist  Church  by  contacting the
funeral home.
