
Memorial services for Mrs. Gloria H. Hemstedt, 68, of
Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday,
January 28, 2012, at the Antioch Church of Christ in Jackson
County, TN. The family has chosen cremation.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday
from 1 P.M. until time of services.
She passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at her
residence.
She was born February 28, 1943, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to
the late Kenneth Myers and Frieda Myers. On October 25,
1959, she was married to Donald L. Hemstedt, who survives.
She was a computer saleslady and co-owner of Video
Industries of America. She was a member of the Antioch Church
of Christ, and an avid animal rehabber.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1
Sister: Karolyn Mills; and 1 Nephew: Nicolas Babcock.
Survivors include her Husband: Donald L. Hemstedt of
Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Donnell (Ray) Pauly of Carter
Lake, Iowa; 2 Grandchildren: Raeshell Pauly and Tabetha
VanderWoude; 1 Brother: Kenneth (Angela) Myers of CA; 1
Sister: Kathy (Steve) Babcock of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Nieces:
Maria Johnson of Cookeville, TN, Vanessa Netherton of
Gainesboro, TN, and Sara Myers of CA; and 2 Nephews:
Kenneth Myers, Jr. of Livingston, TN, and Karl Myers of CA.
Bro. Kenneth Anderson will officiate at the services.

Friends of Animals by contacting the funeral home.
