Funeral services for Mr. Jeffrey Dean Kizzee, 42, of the New
Hope community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at  
2 P.M.  on  Sunday,  July  23,  at  Upper  Cumberland Funeral
Home. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in the New
Hope community of Jackson County.
 
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 9 A.M. until time
of services.
 
Mr. Kizzee passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at the
Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.
 
He was born April 2, 1964, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late
John Kizzee & Ressie Woodward Kizzee.  Mr. Kizzee  was
the owner of the Old School Motorcycle Shop, a member of the
New Hope Community Church, and the chief of the Fairview
Community Volunteer Fire Department.

He was preceded in  death by
his parents:  John Kizzee  &
Ressie Woodward Kizzee.
 
Survivors include
his wife:  Chris Lusk  of  Hilham,  TN; 2
Sons:
Joseph and Levi Lusk of Hilham, TN; and 2 Daughters:
Madeline Lusk of Hilham, TN, and Jessica Ray of Indianapolis,
IN.

Bro. Phillip Morgan and Bro. Mike Ayers will officiate at the
services.
