Graveside services for Mrs. Jewel Meadows Painter,  82,
of  the  Whitleyville  Community of Jackson County, Tennessee,
will  be  held  at  2 P.M.  on  Sunday, November 28, 2010, at the
Rob  Draper  Memorial  Cemetery  in  the  Stone  community  of
Jackson County, TN.

The  family  will  receive  friends on Saturday from 3 P.M. – 9 P.
M., and on Sunday from 10 A.M. until 1:30 P.M.

She   passed   away   on   Friday,  November  26,  2010,   at
Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
   
She was born August 24, 1928,  in  Jackson  County, TN,  to
the late
Earnest and Rosa Gaines Meadows. On February 7,
1950,  she  was  married  to  
Taylor Painter, who survives. She
was a factory worker, and a member of the Church of Christ.

In  addition  to  her parents, she was preceded in death by

Sisters:  
Nannie  B.  Spivey   and  Ruby  Jean  Sadler;   and   1
Brother:
Tom Meadows.

Survivors     include    her    
Husband:   Taylor   Painter    of
Whitleyville, TN;
 1  Son:   John (Mazelle) Painter of Whitleyville,
TN;  
2  Grandsons:  Johnny (Allison) Painter of Cookeville, TN;
and  Jason  (Raeann)  Painter   of   Cookeville,   TN;   
3   Great
Grandchildren:   
Cade Painter,   Nate Painter,   and    Aynsley
Painter; and
1 Brother: Eddie Meadows of Louisiana.

Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
