Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Jones, 63, of Gainesboro,
Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, January 16,
2012, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will
follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone
community of Jackson County, TN.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 P.M. – 9
P.M., and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services.
She passed away on Friday, January 13, 2012, at
Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.
She was born May 13, 1948, in Jackson County, TN, to the
late Bailey Jackson and Maude Coffee Jackson. She was
married to Franklin C. Jones, who survives. She was a factory
worker and homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
Husband: Roger Dale Crowder, who passed away September
13, 1988; 4 Sisters: Eva Haney, Offa Bailey, Josie Smith, and
Sophia Hawkins; and 2 Brothers: Clarence Jackson and J.H.
Jackson.
Survivors include her Husband: Franklin C. Jones of
Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: James and Teresa Crowder of
Gainesboro, TN; 1 Step-Son: Frankie Ray and Tammy Jones
of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Judith and Bobby
Richardson, and Mary Crowder, all of Gainesboro, TN; 6
Grandchildren: Katelyn Crowder, Brandon Richardson,
Bethany Richardson, Rachel Crowder, Evan Richardson, and
Dylan Crowder; and 5 Step-Grandchildren: Mack Jones, Clay
Jones, Jessica Jones, Crystal Jones, and Dustin Jones.
Bro. O’Neal Huffines will officiate at the services.
